1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, Food Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Export, OEM, Private Label, B2B Sales, or FMCG/food manufacturing.
3. Strong knowledge of export processes, OEM/private label business, and customer management.
4. Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
5. Good command of English, both written and spoken; able to communicate effectively with international customers.
